Jason Gierl

Creative leader with over 20 years of experience in art direction, brand strategy, advertising design, project management, website development, and team leadership. As Head of Design for Milwaukee’s Pabst Theater Group, Jason Gierl promoted thousands of national touring acts and helped transform his city’s arts and entertainment scene.
Most recently, Jason acted as Head of Design for the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), where he assisted in development of the brand and logo. He also helped secure billions of dollars in federal grant money for venues across the nation experiencing losses from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Whether designing opulent marquees for historic theaters, creating brandscapes for iconic local businesses, or developing promotional artwork for national tours, Jason’s work consistently strikes a balance between beauty and effectiveness.
Eric Krueger
Partner / Creative
With years of agency and in-house experience and over six years running a solo design studio, Eric has solved design problems in almost every industry.
Deep listening, asking the right questions, and discovering opportunities hiding as challenges define his approach. Design comes naturally to him; for better or worse, he sees and feels it everywhere and thrives on making order out of chaos. He began creating layouts as a child, making fake magazines about video games and skateboarding, and eventually progressed to designing album covers. His skills and eye for detail have grown, but that same youthful exuberance remains.
Outside of design, he runs a small record label, Geology Records, and has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and wilderness. He enjoys wandering and contemplating both the very small and the very large.
